Starting with version 2025.6.1, projects and folders can be rearranged directly in the project tree. Drag to copy, hold Shift to move. A color overlay shows the current mode, folders expand automatically on hover, and naming conflicts are resolved for you.

The project tree now includes a built-in search bar. Start typing and the tree filters in real time, automatically expanding matching entries and hiding the rest. Clearing the search restores the previous tree state.
